את שם המתחם (דומיין) 0x59.net רשמתי דרך חברת 1and1.com, לצערי כשהגיע הזמן לחדש, התברר כי התקלות הקודמות שהיו בעת הרישום לא היו באגים כי אם חוסר הבנה בסיסית בשירותיות ללקוח. אני ממתין כבר מה-10 לינואר לחידוש שם המתחם ולצערי אין עם מי לדבר שם, לאחר שאסיים את התהליך מולם אעלה את הסיפור המלא על התקלות של החברה שפועלת בכל כך הרבה מדינות ומספקת שירות גרוע כל כך. בינתיים הדומיין מנוהל על ידי שרת DNS של סוחרי דומיינים שנראה ששייכים ל-1and1.

אם אקבל מהם תגובה כלשהי אשמח לפרסם אותה כאן.

עדכון 26/01/2012: לפני יומיים, לאחר ששלחתי להם קישור לדף זה, הודיעו לי שהעבירו את הפנייה לתמיכה בדרג גבוה יותר, אתמול הדומיין הופעל. מבחינתי הסיפור עדיין לא הסתיים.

I registered the domain name 0x59.net through 1and1.com, unfortunately, when the time came to renew I discovered that the previous problems were not bugs but lack in basic understanding of customer service. I am waiting since January 10th for the domain to be renewed, and there is no one I can talk to. after I will finish the moving from them i will publish the whole story. in the meantime the domain is being managed by DNS servers of domain catchers who seem to be owned by 1and1.

If I will get any response from them I will be happy to publish it here.

Update 26/01/2012: Two days ago, after sending them a link to this page, they said they forwarded the case to a higher level support, yesterday the domain was reactivated. the story is not done as far that I am concerned.
